Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions:

If you wish to cancel your order before the product/service is delivered, you can apply via e-mail to oldravenmusıc@gmail.com.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days in accordance with your payment method.

2. Return Conditions:

You have the right to return the product/service you received within 14 days from the delivery date.
To initiate a return, you must send an e-mail with your return request to oldravenmusıc@gmail.com.
In order for products to be returned, they must be unused, in their original packaging and undamaged.
Once your return request is approved, you can send the product/service back via our contracted cargo company.
If the product/service is defective, the return shipping fee will be covered by the seller. Otherwise, the return shipping fee will be the buyer's responsibility.

3. Return Process:

After the returned product/service reaches us, the suitability of the return is evaluated as a result of the examination.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be made according to your payment method. The process will be completed within 14 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Products/Services:

Returns of personal use, products that do not comply with hygiene rules, consumer-specific products and digital content are not accepted.

5. Dispute Status:

Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise regarding returns and cancellations.
